My name is Henry and I’m a Sr. Product Designer based in Los Angeles. Welcome to my portfolio.
Currently, I work at Disney Parks and Resorts Digital, where I am designing immersive mobile and web experiences for premier vacation brands including Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort and Disney Cruise Line.
Prior to Disney, I was a Consultant at Dogtown Media, a small digital agency based in Venice Beach. Dogtown Media is a design and development agency that turns ideas into reality—specializing in web and mobile apps. During my period, I oversaw and supported a small team of designers; all while helping clients create amazing digital experiences.
My theory as a designer is quite simple: people do not want to feel stupid. When they find something difficult or confusing to use, they blame themselves and think they’re too stupid to figure something out. They’ll get frustrated, complain, and find an alternative solution.
My job is to prevent this from happening. I balance out business needs, user needs, and technology capabilities by collaborating, researching, sketching, wireframing, and prototyping experiences.
